Managing your reports

Previewing, refining, downloading, and finding past reports.

Preview

When a report finishes, you can preview it in the platform. Preview is available for reports you are working on or have just generated. Reports from earlier sessions are available to download but not to preview.

Download or refine

  • Download saves the report as it stands.
  • Refine takes you back to your settings. Adjust them and generate again. Each run is a new report, so the earlier version stays in your list.

The queue

View Queue shows every report you have asked for, with its status. Switch between them to watch progress or open a finished preview. You can have up to three generating at once.

Notifications

When What you get
Report is ready A notification in the platform: "Your report is ready for download. Download it now or continue refining it."
Report is ready An email with a download link. The email is for download only.

Past reports

You can download any report you have generated, including reports from previous sessions.
